How Many Times do People Move?

Every single person’s situation and lifestyle is completely different, but according to a study done by the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals – it estimates that the average Canadian will own 4.5 to 5.5 homes in their lifetime. The cycle flows naturally with life, most people start out with a basic starter home, and as things change and evolve, they outgrow the space and eventually decide to upsize. From there, some may decide to upsize again into their “dream home”, or perhaps the kids have moved out and it’s time to downsize for ease of maintenance.

Whichever stage of the cycle you are in, I believe that there is a perfect home out there for everyone. Adjusting your living situation to match your current lifestyle is a big decision – working with the right agent will make you wish you had made the decision sooner. I can’t wait to go on this journey with you!
